What is the best way to store a cheesecake?Your Millie’s Cheesecake is shipped frozen. Depending on the delivery distance your cheesecake will still be frozen or partially/completely thawed ready to eat. If you intend to store your cheesecake to enjoy at a later date, place it immediately in the freezer in its inner box. Keep it frozen until ready to eat.
How long will a cheesecake last in my refrigerator at home?We suggest consuming the cheesecake within 5-7 days after purchasing. But it may not last that long though! When storing your Millie’s Cheesecake in the refrigerator, place the uneaten portion in an airtight plastic container, or wrap it securely with plastic wrap.
How long will a cheesecake last in my freezer at home?Your Millie’s Cheesecakes can be safely stored for up to six months in a conventional freezer. Back to topWhat is the best way to thaw my cheesecake?We recommend thawing overnight, unwrap the cheesecake, place back in its box and place in the refrigerator overnight. Once thawed, your cheesecake should be stored under refrigeration at all times. DO NOT USE MICROWAVE THAW.
